"FIRST" Robotics Competion

R.H King entered 2 robots in the "FIRST" Robotics competition one by our grade 10 girls and the other by the grade 12 boys. The competition was held at the Hershey centre in Mississauga.We competed with teams from all over, including Quebec and Mexico!

Vex Robotics!!!

This is one of the amazing VEX robotics created by the students.

A mini VEX Robotics competition was held on Friday, December 17, 2010 at R.H. King Academy. Teams that consisted of grade 10, 11, and 12 students did a fantastic job in constructing and creating designs for their VEX robots. Thanks to Scarborough Lexus Toyota for donating the VEX field and Mr.Powell and Mr.Raptou for taking their time to help the students with their robots and teaching us the rules and regulations. I hope everyone had fun learning how to build their robots and we're looking forward to see what everyone has in store for the FIRST robotics competition! :)
